Jemný botanický akvarel zachycující tichý přechod mezi květem a plodem — pomíjivý okamžik, kdy se jarní křehkost pomalu proměňuje v teplo, strukturu a zralost. Křehké bílé květy mandloně se rozvíjejí nad dozrávajícími mandlemi spočívajícími na staré větvi, zatímco chladné modré akvarelové vrstvy vytvářejí atmosféru vzduchu, dálky a středomořského světla.

Kompozice stojí na kontrastu jemnosti a pevnosti. Průsvitné okvětní lístky se střetávají s organickou strukturou otevírající se mandlové skořápky, která odhaluje tmavé jádro ukryté uvnitř.
